Open Up Your Heart and Sing!

These sessions are great for confidence in finding your voice through having fun with sound. Starting with the Gentle Breath, we will be moving through pure voice tones into harmonies and song.  We explore our energetic awareness of how we speak and move, and develop a more gentle way of being, which enables us to connect to our innermost.

You don't need to have any musical experience - everybody is welcome!

Bring a bottle of water to drink and a small cushion for your comfort. Chairs and floor cushions are provided.
