Contributing in Groups
When we are part of a group, we can contribute in many ways: by doing something, by speaking, or simply by being there. No matter how we choose to contribute, we need to be aware of the energy we are in at the time. Are we being gentle or are we imposing with our views and opinions? Why are we there? Is it for personal recognition and acceptance? Or are we there as a service to others? We only serve others if what we do is for EVERYBODY, including people outside the group.
