Most of my work is helping people to communicate clearly and with confidence. This can be in a social, domestic or work situation - asking your neighbour to move his car, saying no to a member of the family, being able to put your views forward at a business meeting. For some just speaking feels like a challenge. Whether you are speaking to someone you know well, or a complete stranger, we can explore what gets in the way of you speaking your truth.
