On the following pages there are a few general words from me, offered for you to ponder on, as a private individual, for a corporate setting, and for any kind of group that you may belong to. Much of the inspiration has come from the presentations of Serge Benhayon, of Universal Medicine, who says, "Expression is Everything" and Chris James who says, "Everyone is born with a beautiful voice".

We have had a great UK tour with Chris James, who has been teaching internationally about the healing power of sound, song and meditation for over twenty years. Chris is great fun to sing with, and the weekends and evening workshops are open to everyone - no special experience or knowledge is required. He'll be back in August and until then, you are welcome to join us at the monthly Innermost Sound Groups that I present in Frome.
